Scale
We care about profits over revenues and aim for an annual profit range of INR 8 to 40 Crores.
Low Attrition
Low employee and customer attrition excites us and builds deeper trust in the opportunity.
Recurring Cashflows
We especially like opportunities where big parts of the future business is predictable.
Succession Issues
We ideally want to come into a business that has succession issues and therefore the entrepreneur is looking to exit.

Anurag's journey as a dynamic business leader began with entrepreneurship at the age of 17, where he spent 5 formative years building ventures across Healthcare, Consumer Tech, and Retail.
Following his entrepreneurial endeavors, Anurag joined OYO Hotels, a SoftBank-backed hospitality startup, where he held diverse roles across Sales, Operations, Strategy, and P&L Leadership. At OYO, he played a pivotal role in building the Central and South India region for the Banquets & Events business, achieving a GMV of over $40 million and leading a team of more than 400 individuals.
Subsequently, as the CEO of Raam Group, an automotive retail conglomerate in India, Anurag oversaw businesses generating a topline of $100 million, managing a workforce of over 800 people.
With over 12 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, rapid-scale startups, and leadership roles in traditional business models, Anurag is now embarking on a new chapter: acquiring and scaling a promising business.
Anurag holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he studied across both the France and Singapore campuses. Prior to that, he earned a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
